For art purchased online and being shipped, the buyer has 14 days to return after an item is delivered for a refund. Buyer pays for shipping both ways. For art purchased in person under $2,000, the sale is final. If art purchased in person is $2,000 or over, buyer has 14 days to return after purchase for a full refund if it doesn’t fit their home decor. If you requested to see a product in person, please allow 2 business days after request for the artist to bring the product to theArtWorks (200 Willard St, Wilmington, NC 28401) for your viewing. You may see the product in person during their business hours (Wednesday-Saturday 11am-5pm, Sunday 12pm-5pm).
