Jack Hurley's Biography

Jack Hurley Artist

Graduate West Chester University

West Chester, PA.

B.A. Fine Art

Hello,

I have spent most of my life working in the HVAC industry but never lost my passion for painting. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from West Chester University, West Chester PA. I studied under professional artists my whole life investing time and money in learning spatial relationships, color, turning the form, depth and value. I enjoy painting in watercolor, acrylic and especially oil paints. I love the works of the great masters and enjoy the classical aspects of painting. Light and form are my passion. My paintings are my interpretation of things that catch my eye. It could be objects on a table, a beautiful sunset or a portrait of someone special. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my vision with others in the hopes that they enjoy the result of the work as much as I do. Thank you for spending your precious time looking at my work.

Enjoy!
